Before flying to Toronto, Stephen had asked his father to pack one of his old Toronto jerseys. However, Drake ruined the plan by wearing the same vintage jersey during Game 1. Dell took the situation in good humor, stating that it was all in good fun. He even thought that Drake’s actions fired up the Warriors and helped them win Game 2 in Toronto. Despite the interruption, Dell appreciated the effort his son made to pay homage to him.
